Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens – and sometimes, plans change. Our cancellation policies are designed to be compassionate while ensuring our healing spaces remain sustainable and available for those who need them most.

Standard Stays (Less than 28 nights)

For short-term stays (e.g., weekend retreats, 1-2 week bookings):

Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 6 days of check-in are non-refundable.
No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.

Emergency Exceptions:

If you’re facing a medical emergency or travel disruption, please reach out. We will do our best to accommodate your situation with compassion.

Monthly Stays & Travel Nurse Assignments:

For long-term stays (28 nights or more):

Cancellations made 21+ days before check-in = Full refund of any prepaid amount
Cancellations made 8-20 days before check-in = 50% refund of the first month’s rent- Cancellations made within 7 days = Non-refundable

Assignment Charges:

If your contract is canceled or significantly altered, please send documentation from your agency. We’ll do our best to offer flexibility or reschedule your stay without penalty.

Early Departures:

If you need to leave early, a 14-day written notice is required. Without this notice, you may be charged up to two additional weeks of rent unless we can rebook the space.
